(KNZA)-- One person was injured in a head-on crash on K-4 Highway in Jefferson County early Sunday morning.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Grant White, of Meriden, was traveling north when his pickup truck went left of center, striking a southbound car driven by 32-year-old Kevin Williams, of Manhattan, head-on.
Williams, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, was transported by private vehicle to a Topeka hospital. White was not hurt.
The accident was reported shortly after 12:30 Sunday morning about two miles south of Meriden
