(KNZA)-- U.S. Senator Jerry Moran will hold town hall meetings in two area communities Friday.
The Kansas Republican will be in the Jefferson County community of Valley Falls that morning from 10 to 11 where he will meet with constituents in the Kendall State Bank Community Room at 406 Broadway.
Moran will then travel to Holton for a town hall meeting at noon at St. Dominic Parish Hall. The Holton Rotary Club is hosting the meeting, which is open to the public. A pizza lunch will be served from noon to 12:30 for a free-will donation to benefit the club’s scholarship fund, followed by the town hall meeting from 12:30 to 1.
Area residents are encouraged to attend both the lunch and town hall meeting, part of the senator’s Kansas Listening tour, and share feedback with Moran on critical issues facing Kansas and the nation.
