(KLZA) -- 23 year old Ethan Justus of Auburn was sentenced to a period of three years probation on a felony charge of Child Abuse in Nemaha County, Nebraska District Court this past week.
In addition to the probation Justus was ordered to spend 90 days in the Nemaha County Jail and pay court costs and fees totaling $2,402.
