(KNZA)--A Topeka man is behind bars in Brown County facing a long list of charges following a joint investigation by numerous area law enforcement agencies.
30-year-old Jason Thomas was arrested last week on charges including felony assault, burglary, interference with a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, disorderly conduct, criminal restraint and criminal damage to property.
According to a report from the Brown County Sheriff's Office, Thomas was apprehended through the joint efforts of that agency combined with Horton Police, Kickapoo Police, Sac and Fox Police, the Nemaha County Sheriff's Office, the Kansas Highway Patrol and Horton EMS.
He remains in custody at the Brown County Jail.
