(KLZA) -- Sentencing is scheduled for April 29th for 29 - year old Jeremy S. Kaster of Tecumseh in three different cases in Richardson County District Court.
In one case Kaster entered a guilty plea to a felony charge of Attempted Burglary. In this case four counts against Kaster were dismissed. The charges stemmed from the theft of several items belonging to Brandon Duerfeldt near Barada.
In another case Kaster is charged with a felony count of Theft by Unlawful Taking dating back to February of 2013 involving motors and copper wire belonging to Kenneth Arnold.
In the third case Kaster entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of Criminal Mischief for the attempted theft of wire and damage to a grain truck owned by Doug Kirkendall.
A pre-sentence investigation was ordered prior to the April 29th sentencing.
