(KLZA) -- Dylan Flock of Auburn received a sentence of two years probation on a misdemeanor count of Criminal Trespass in Nemaha County District Court.
Flock was originally charged with a felony count of Burglary before the charge was reduced.
As part of his sentence Flock was ordered to pay a total of $915 in probation fees, court costs and restitution. Judge Daniel Bryan additionally ordered Flock to serve three, 30-day jail sentences, which may be waived upon the recommendation of the probation officer.
