(KAIR)--The driver of a a vehicle involved in a rollover wreck early Monday morning on I-29 in St. Joseph as well as one of her passengers are facing multiple charges in connection with the crash.
According to KQ2-TV, the driver, 19-year-old Princes Brown of Omaha, Nebraska is facing charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, careless and imprudent driving, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Her passenger, 20-year-old Jacob Falso, also of Omaha, is facing one misdemeanor charge of second degree tampering.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the wreck happened on I-29 Highway at Crook Road just before 1:30. Brown was traveling southbound in the passing lane of the highway when she lost control of the vehicle, causing it to spin clockwise before traveling off the road and overturning.
All three occupants of the vehicle were transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph for treatment of minor injuries.
The investigation has been forwarded to the Buchanan County Prosecutors office.
