(KMZA)--A Fairview man is behind bars in Nemaha County, held on bond of $1 million, following his arrest for aggravated criminal sodomy involving a juvenile.
30-year-old James Dalzell was taken into custody Tuesday on a Nemaha County warrant.
Sabetha Police Chief Robert Wahwasuck says his department launched an investigation on April 30th, and that led them to question Dalzell.
Once the case had been turned over to the Nemaha County Prosecutor, the warrant was issued, leading to Dalzell's arrest.
Due to the nature of the case, no additional details are being made public at this time.
A preliminary hearing for Dalzell has been set for May 21st.
