(KMZA)--A Wetmore man facing multiple charges has entered into a plea agreement.
Cassidy Grimm pleaded no contest last Friday in Nemaha County District Court to an amended charge of aggravated intimidation of a victim, aggravated battery and burglary. In exchange for the plea, three other counts were dismissed.
A jury trial in the case had been set for this week.
Grimm was arrested in October of last year by the Sabetha Police Department.
He was released Friday from the Nemaha County Jail on a $25,000 O.R. bond and is to be sentenced June 23rd.
