(KMZA)--A Mayetta man is facing a charge of rape in Nemaha County.
20-year-old Jess Garrison Gustin was arrested Tuesday by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department on a Nemaha County warrant for the felony charge.
According to court documents, the alleged incident occurred on February 22nd of this year and involved a child under the age of 14.
A preliminary hearing has been set for June 6th.
Gustin remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $100,000 bond.
