(KLZA) -- A program on the Genoa Indian School will be presented on Saturday from 10 a-m until 4 p-m at the George Ogden Community Building on the Iowa Tribal Reservation near White Cloud.
Shelly Frear a gifted speaker wrote her Masters Thesis on the Genoa Indian School and has spent the last several summers working as a volunteer for the Genoa Indian School Museum and interpretive Center in Genoa, Nebraska.
Members of the Iowa Tribe attended the Genoa School and the museum includes names and dates of the members that attended.
During the Saturday program the Iowa Tribal Preservation Office will provide a meal for those attending.
