(KLZA) -- 31-year old David Ryan Davis of Falls City entered a plea of not guilty to a felony charge of burglary in Richardson County District Court Tuesday. A jury trial has been scheduled for September 10th.
Davis is charged in connection with a September, 2013 burglary of a property in Rulo.
Davis was arrested in May on a pair of warrants. In addition to the charge Davis is now facing a jury trial on, he was also a suspect in a December, 2013 break-in at the former Mickelberry Plant at 810 East 5th Street in Falls City.
