(KMZA)--A Wetmore man convicted on multiple felony charges has been placed on five years supervised probation.
Cassidy Grimm was sentenced Monday in Nemaha County District Court on charges of aggravated intimidation of a victim, aggravated battery and aggravated burglary. He was given a suspended 48-month prison sentence on the charges.
Grimm pleaded no contest in May to the charges which were contained in an amended complaint. In exchange for the plea, three other counts were dismissed.
Grimm was arrested last October by the Sabetha Police Department.
