(KLZA)-- An August 13th jury trial is scheduled for a Falls City man facing a charge of burglary, aid or abet.
28-year-old Zachary Blunt entered a plea of "not guilty in Richardson County District Court to the felony charge.
Blunt is charged with a break-in at a building at 4th and Fulton Street in Falls City on April 6th in which a 1953 Harley Davidson motorcycle was stolen.
Blunt is also facing three counts of burglary in connection with other break-ins in Falls City.
