(KAIR)--A single vehicle wreck Friday evening on an Atchison County Road sends an Everest woman to the hospital.
Atchison County Sheriff Jack Laurie says it happened just after 11:15 when 32-year old Levi Platt of Everest was traveling Northbound on Edwards Road, about a quarter mile South of 294th Road near Effingham. Platt went off the road shoulder and over corrected, causing the vehicle to roll three times before coming to a stop on the side of the road.
Platt, and three of his four passengers sustained minor injuries, but declined treatment at the scene by emergency personal. A fourth passenger, 34-year-old Tisha Platt was transported to the Atchison Hospital by Atchison County EMS for treatment of a non life threatening head injury.
