(KAIR)--A two vehicle collision early Tuesday morning in Atchison sends one woman to the hospital.
According to Police Chief Mike Wilson, 44-year-old Atchison resident Pamela Sutton was traveling north in the 200 block of North Tenth Street just before 6:50, when a westbound vehicle driven by 20-year-old Cody Schilb of Atchison emerged from a nearby alley and struck her vehicle.
Sutton was transported by Atchison County EMS to the Atchison hospital for observation.
Schilb was issued a citation for failure to yield.
