(KNZA)--An intrusion at a Jackson County home leads to the alleged sexual battery of two minors and the arrest of a Holton man.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says it happened around 7:00 Saturday morning at a Hoyt residence.
When deputies arrived, they were told by the two victims, under the age of 18, that they had been sexually battered by the suspect, later identified as 33-year-old Bradley Alan Stanley. He was arrested in the 600 block of Wisconsin in Holton.
A vehicle on the property was reportedly burglarized with items reported missing.
Stanley was booked into the Jackson County Jail on charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated sexual battery, burglary and theft.
His bond is set at $50,000.
