(KLZA)-- A Falls City man already facing a felony burglary charge for stealing a motorcycle from a building on the south edge of Falls City earlier this year is now facing additional felony charges.
29-year old Keith Ferris is charged with burglary and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. In June or early July of this year Ferris is accused of stealing a .22 caliber pistol from a locked safe of the home of his parents in the 800 block of Pacific Street.
If convicted Ferris faces a minimum three years in prison and a maximum of 50 years in prison for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person charge. Ferris has previously been convicted of a felony charge.
In this case Bond was set at 10% cash of $25,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 30th in Richardson County Court.
