(KLZA)-- A Falls City man facing charges in connection with an altercation with two Falls City police officer in late March has entered into a plea agreement.
32-year-old Craig Hayes pleaded guilty Tuesday in Richardson County District Court to a pair of felony counts of terroristic threats and a felony count of assault on an officer in the 3rd degree.
In exchange for the plea, a second charge of assault of an officer and a charge of attempted possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person were dismissed.
Sentencing is set for October 7th.
The charges stem from a March 29th incident in which Hayes was involved in an altercation with Falls City Police Officers Travis Mitchell and Chuck DiGiacomo.
