(KLZA)-- Ethan Bentley of Stella appeared in Richardson County Court this week on felony charges of terroristic threats and burglary and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
Special prosecutor Julie D. Smith asked the misdemeanor charge be dismissed without prejudice. On the felony charges Bentley waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will be arraigned in District Court on August 12th.
