(KLZA)-- 35-year old Nicole Harkendorff of Falls City appeared in Richardson County Court this week on a felony charge of shoplifting.
Harkendorff waived her right to a preliminary hearing and the case was continued to Richardson County District Court for an August 19th arraignment.
Harkendorff is accused of taking control of jewelry from the residence of Pamela Harkendorff valued at more than $1,500 on April 11th or 12th.
