(KLZA)-- A jury trial is scheduled for November 12th for 20-year old Phillip A. Doerr who has a Verdon address. Doerr is charged in Richardson County District Court on felony charges of terroristic threats and use of a firearm to commit a felony.
The firearm charge is a class 1-C felony, which carries a minimum prison sentence of five years and a maximum sentence of 50 years if convicted.
Doerr entered a plea of not guilty to the charges and a jury trial was scheduled. Bond was continued in the case.
The charges stem from an incident in Falls City on or about June 6th.
