(KAIR)--The Atchison County Sheriff's Department is investigating a possible arson involving a trailer that took place over the weekend.
According to Sheriff Jack Laurie, the trailer's owner, 46-year-old Christopher Thomas reported the fire took place just after 4:00 Saturday morning on his property, located in the 200 block of Myrtle Street in Huron.
Laurie said the trailer is considered to be a complete loss.
The Kansas State Fire Marshall is assisting in the ongoing investigation.
