Brock Man Sentenced to Prison

(KLZA)-- A Brock man will spend 3 – 5 years in prison following a sentencing hearing on numerous charges in Nemaha County, Nebraska, District Court.

42-year old Eric J. Bowen of Brock was sentenced on five felony counts including burglary, aiding consummation of a felony and five counts of theft by unlawful taking.  In addition he was sentenced by Judge Daniel E. Bryan Jr. on six misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking.

All of the sentences are to be served concurrently.  

In addition, Bowen must pay court costs of $1,064.
