09/08/2014

(KAIR)--An Atchison man has been sentenced to probation in connection with the theft of a financial card.

20-year-old Diondra Oliver appeared in Atchison County District Court Monday afternoon to learn his fate.

Oliver had earlier pled guilty to two counts of misdemeanor criminal use of a financial card and one count of misdemeanor theft. In exchange for the plea, one count of felony computer crime was dropped.

Judge Martin Asher gave Oliver a one year suspended jail sentence on each count, and sentenced him to eleven months of supervised probation.
