(KLZA)--Richardson County District Court Judge Daniel Bryan sentenced a 31-year old Falls City man Tuesday to probation in two separate cases.
In the first case, 31-year-old Chance Simon was charged with possession of a controlled substance, Hydrocodone. In exchange for his plea, a felony charge of possession of marijuana were dismissed.
In the second case, Simon was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver was dismissed.
In each case, Simon was sentenced to three-years probation. In addition, he is ordered to obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation within 30 days. Simon was also ordered to serve six, 30-day sentences in the Richardson County Jail unless waived by his probation officer.
