(KNZA)--A Holton man will stand trial on charges in two separate cases.
Jackson County Attorney Shawna Miller says 33-year-old Bradley Stanley Sr. was bound over to Jackson County District Court on a charge of aggravated battery following a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
In the other case, Miller says Stanley waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges including aggravated sexual battery, aggravated burglary and theft. The charges stem from a July incident involving a 16-year-old girl at a Hoyt residence.
Stanley is to make his next court appearance in both cases on October 24th.
