(KNZA)--Drainage issues around the Doniphan County courthouse will be addressed.
Courthouse custodian Richard Blanton on Monday presented the Doniphan County Commission with bids to address the problem.
The commission voted to accept the low bid of Engemann Drainage Company and Fuemmeler Flatwork, both of Troy, to perform waterproofing of the foundation and gutter repair for a cost of $23,868.
The expense will be paid from the new county sales tax fund.
In other business, Sheriff Chad Clary updated the commission on a website developed by the sheriff’s department to provide public information. The new web site is here
