( KNZA)-A Topeka man was injured Saturday afternoon when his motorcycle crashed on a Doniphan County Road about three miles southeast of Troy.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 60-year-old Robert Morgan was southbound on Old Kiowa Road when his Suzuki motorcycle struck a large washout in the roadway, causing his motorcycle to roll.
Morgan, who was wearing a helmet, was ejected from the motorcycle.
He was transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph with unspecified injuries.
The wreck was reported shortly after 3 Saturday afternoon south of 190th Road.
