(KLZA)-- A woman wanted on a warrant for failure to appear in Richardson County Court has been arrested by the U.S. Marshall’s Service in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
43-year-old Natalie Auxier is expected to be facing two felony charges and a misdemeanor charge connected to incidents that occurred October 4, at a house in the Dawson area. Auxier is expected to appear in court for an extradition hearing Monday.
Auxier was arrested October 4th along with 47-year- old Joseph Senn Jr. of Craig, Missouri by Richardson County Sheriff’s officers following a shooting at residence in the Dawson area. No one was hurt when the alleged shots were fired
Auxier was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon, being an accessory to a felony and terroristic threats. After being jailed, she was transported to Community Medical Center in Falls City for a medical problem. At that point she was released from custody and transported by ambulance to a hospital in Lincoln.
Auxier failed to appear for a court appearance earlier this month and a warrant was issued.
Senn is facing felony charges including attempted 2nd-degree murder in connection with the shooting. His next court appearance is set for November 10.
