(KAIR)--Atchison police are investigating a theft that took place at Atchison Child Care Association over the weekend.
Lieutenant Tim Stout of the Atchison Police Department reports that it took place sometime between 6:30 Friday night and 4:00 Sunday afternoon. An unknown suspect made entry into the building and damaged several vending machines. Stout says that some change was also taken from the machines.
Police do not yet have any suspects in the case, but the search for leads continues.
