(KNZA)--An October 22nd southern Jackson County domestic dispute that allegedly involved the use of a firearm leads to the execution of a search warrant the next day, and ultimately to the arrest of four suspects.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says it happened at a residence located at 9915 T.4 Road, and led to the apprehension of three Hoyt residents at the scene. They are identified as 39-year-old Rachael Butts, 44-year-old Anthony Long and 19-year-old Ty Brown.
A fourth Hoyt resident, 39-year-old Joseph Thomason-Brown, was arrested Monday in connection with the case. He is accused of pointing a firearm at both an adult and a minor child during the domestic incident.
He was booked into the Jackson County Jail on charges including aggravated assault, aggravated child endangerment, criminal threat, witness intimidation, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two Jackson County warrants. Thomason-Brown's bond is pending.
Ty Brown was booked into jail on charges including aggravated assault, interference with law enforcement and intimidation of a witness. He has since been released on bond of $15,000.
Butts was booked into jail on charges including drug and paraphernalia possession along with interference with law enforcement, but has been released on bond of $5,000.
Long was booked into jail on similar charges, and remains in custody, held on $15,000 bond.
Sheriff Morse says several minor children have been removed from the residence, and placed into protective custody.
