(KNZA)--First appearances in a Brown County courtroom Tuesday for the two men accused of playing a role in a Saturday night fight that left one man injured on the Kickapoo Reservation.
48-year-old Robert Winsea is charged with aggravated battery and two counts of domestic battery, while 21-year-old Robert Savago is charged with aggravated battery and domestic battery.
Preliminary hearings for both Winsea and Savago are scheduled for November 5th.
Bond is set at $50,000 each.
Kickapoo Tribal Police were called to 1120 Goldfinch Road shortly after 11:00 Saturday night and found the victim lying in the back yard of the residence, located on the Kickapoo Reservation.
He was transported by ambulance to the Horton Community Hospital but transferred to a Topeka Hospital for further treatment of his injuries.
Court documents identify the victim as Aaron Savago.
