(KMZA)--The Nemaha County ( Ks ) Sheriff’s office has scheduled a temporary power outage Wednesday in order to switch over to a new emergency generator.
Administrative and 911 phone services will be re-routed to Brown County Communications from about 7 in the morning until the work is completed. The sheriff’s office is predicting service should resume to full function by sometime mid-afternoon.
For the duration of the outage, calls will be relayed between agencies and they will be able to send fire and EMS response. However, some minor delays may be possible. Non-emergency issues may not be given immediate attention during that time.
