(KLZA)-- The non-profit Neighbor To Neighbor organization in Nemaha County, Nebraska invites the public to their annual soup supper during the Auburn “Christmas on the Square” events Sunday.
Neighbor to Neighbor matches senior citizens within Nemaha County, Nebraska to other senior citizens in the county to provide basic assistance allowing seniors to remain living independently as long as possible.
Soup will be served from 4:30 p-m to 6:30 p-m at the St. Paul Lutheran Church at 2020 O Street. Chili, chicken noodle and ham and bean soups will be available along with relishes and desserts and a beverage. A free will donation will be accepted for the meal.
Then on Sunday, December 14th Neighbor to Neighbor will host a benefit Christmas Concert performed by the Southeast Nebraska Community Band at the Auburn State Theatre. A free will donation will be accepted as admission.
