(KNZA)--Jackson County authorities say they have shutdown an alleged drug distribution house near a Holton school.
As a result of an investigation, Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says the sheriff’s office served a search warrant Tuesday night at 907 Pennsylvania Street in Holton. Morse says 26-year-old Robin Alison Deo, of Holton, was taken into custody at the scene on various drug-related charges.
Seized were items believed to be LSD, narcotics, marijuana, a firearm, cash and drug paraphernalia.
Deo was booked into the Jackson County Jail on charges of distribution of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, felony possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to distribute, possession of opiates, felony criminal possession of a firearm, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of a communication device in the commission of felony drug distribution and three counts of endangering a child
Morse says additional charges may be issued and further arrests can be expected in the case. The Holton Police Department assisted in serving the search warrant.
