(KLZA)--A 29-year-old Falls City man facing charges in two separate cases has entered into a plea agreement.
In the first case, Bradley Schlicker entered a “ guilty” plea Tuesday in Richardson County District Court to a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition. The charge stems from the theft of a pickup in September of last year.
In the second case, Schlicker pleaded "guilty" to a misdemeanor charge of assault in the third degree stemming from an incident in October of last year.
Sentencing in both cases is set for March 3rd.
In addition, Schlicker is scheduled for a re-sentencing for violating his parole. That sentence will also be handed down on March 3rd.
