(KLZA)-- With both the Falls City Public and Sacred Heart boys basketball teams qualifying for the State Basketball Tournament beginning Thursday in Lincoln it will mean some schedule changes.
The Falls City Tigers will play Thursday at 3:45 p-m at the Devaney Sports Center against Columbus Scotus. School will be dismissed early Thursday. North and South will dismiss at 11:15 a-m; Middle School at 11:20 a-m and High School at 11:30 a-m. Buses will run accordingly and only breakfast will be served on Thursday.
If the Tigers win, there will be no school on Friday the 13th. If the Tigers lose it will be a normal school day.
Advance tickets to the game may be purchased at the High School office.
For Sacred Heart, the boys play at 8:45 p-m at Lincoln Southeast on Thursday. Sacred Heart will dismiss classes at 11:30 a-m, allowing Irish fans to go to Lincoln to support the Tigers.
Sacred Heart will not have school on Friday the 13th due to the late game on Thursday night.
Sacred Heart is having a pep rally at 11 a-m on Thursday.
