(KMZA)--A 42-year-old Centralia man is facing charges of aggravated battery, arrested for allegedly using his vehicle as a weapon.
The Nemaha County Sheriff's Office on Thursday took Scott Bachman into custody on a county warrant issued last month.
That followed a June 8th occurrence when he allegedly used his vehicle to run into a 4-wheeler, driven by his brother, Joshua Bachman.
No injuries were reported.
Scott Bachman is currently free on $5,000 bond, and is set for an August 18th court appearance.
