(KLZA)-- 27-year old Brian McFeeters of Falls City entered a plea of no contest as part of plea agreement in Richardson County District Court Tuesday.
McFeeters was charged with a misdemeanor charge of being an accessory to a felony. The charge stems from break-ins at cart sheds at the Falls City Golf Course in January.
Sentencing is scheduled for September 11th. McFeeters was originally charged with three counts of burglary, aid or abet.
