(KLZA)-- For the third time in one week, Falls City Volunteer Firefighters were called to battle a fire at property owned by the same person.
Shortly after 6:00 Wednesday morning, crews rushed to 1223 Lane Street, the location of a home owned by Joshua Darden.
Firefighters remained on the scene for over two hours.
The house, currently being remodeled, is the same location that firefighters responded to shortly after 9:00 Sunday evening. The latest fire is said to not have been a rekindle from that incident.
On Saturday night, the firefighters responded to a garage fire at 1203 Lane Street, with that structure also owned by Darden.
The Nebraska State Fire Marshall's Office is investigating. There's not yet been any word regarding the probe at this point.
No injuries have resulted from the fires.
