(KNZA)--A 23-year-old Atchison man, wanted on a Doniphan County warrant related to past alleged crimes, is now in custody.
According to a press release, Donald Harvey was arrested by Horton Police on Friday.
The warrant was related to such crimes as criminal possession of a firearm by a felon and unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug.
Online jail records indicate that Harvey was booked into the Doniphan County Jail Friday night following his arrest by Horton police.
