(KNZA)--The Hiawatha Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two suspects wanted in separate investigations.
The Department says 18-year-old Shelby Hopkins is wanted for felony theft. She is a suspect in the theft of a 2012 Chevy Suburban from downtown Hiawatha on July 30th. The vehicle was recovered the following day in Horton.
Hopkins is described as a white female standing 5 foot 10, weighing 230 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
The Department is also seeking 26-year-old Micheal Brett McCann for a domestic violence incident of aggravated battery.
He’s described as a white male, standing 5 foot 10, and weighing around 180 pounds.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either McCann or Hopkins is urged to contact the Hiawatha Police Department at 785-742-2156 or their local law enforcement agency.
