(KAIR)--An investigation by the Atchison Police Department has led to the arrest of an Atchison man on drug related charges.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says the investigation, conducted jointly with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, has been ongoing for the past several years, and focused on the sale of illegal drugs, specifically methamphetamine and crack cocaine.
26-year-old Cody Horton was taken into custody on Friday, and booked into the Atchison County Jail on a charge of distribution of methamphetamine.
Wilson says that more arrests are likely as a result of the investigation.
