Spoon Creek Rodeo Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to reaching the rural youth with the sport of rodeo and the love of Jesus Christ, has a big dream and big plans to build a facility to house its annual Rodeo Bible Camp and Rough Stock Rodeo Schools along with future seminars, fund-raisers, and community events.
Rodeo Bible Camp has an annual attendance of approximately 100 students, and has outgrown its current home at Johnson County Fairgrounds. Similarly, each Rough Stock Rodeo School comes with its own logistics complications. Searching for a parcel of land, Spoon Creek desires to have one location and facility that can accommodate all of the organizations events. Spoon Creek is asking those in the community to consider meeting this need, to make this plan for a facility a reality.
