After several continuances, a 56 year old Atchison man facing two level nine felony counts of motor vehicle theft opts to have a preliminary hearing.
Nathaniel Burnett made that request today (Friday) in Atchison County Court.
Burnett was arrested by Atchison police in late November for allegedly taking two disabled vehicles and selling them to a Kansas City, Kansas auto salvage yard on two occasions that month.
