A suspected meth lab is discovered, and now an April 3rd preliminary hearing is set for a Leona couple accused of possessing it.
43-year-old Brian Thorburn and 37-year-old Kristy Stroh have each been charged in Doniphan County District Court with conspiracy to manufacture meth, attempting to manufacture meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond for each has been set at $75,000.
The Kansas Chief reports the couple were arrested February 16th after the Doniphan County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant on their residence at 307 Maple in Leona.
Deputies reportedly recovered a quantity of ingredients allegedly used in the manufacture of meth.
