Kent Schnakenberg Recipient of a Lifetime Acheivement Award

The Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that Kent Schnakenberg of Team Schnak is the recipient of this year’s prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. This honor recognizes Kent's extraordinary dedication and tireless efforts to raise awareness about Type One diabetes and support those impacted by the condition. This year's Team Schnak Northeast Kansas Type 1 Diabetes Awareness Walk will be held on Saturday, April 5th at the Nemaha Central High School Track in Seneca. Registration is at 10:30AM and the walk begins at 11:30. Lunch will be provided from 12:00 to 1:00PM. There will be food, fun, games, and a walk for a free will donation.
