(KAIR) -- The bi-annual Atchison Citywide Cleanup will take place Saturday from eight until noon.
There will be three areas of focus: a pick-up service, gasoline alley drop-off and recycling center drop-off.
Atchison Beautification Committee Chairperson Rita Hartman explains what citizens can arrange to have picked up at their curbsides by calling 367-2427.

At the gasoline alley drop-off across from the Santa Fe Depot, they will accept used computer equipment, televisions and electronics.
For the recycling center drop-off located at 2505 West U-S Highway 73, they will accept paint, glass, newspaper and plastic.
During this clean-up, they will not be accepting tires.
Hartman says over 200 citizens volunteer for this event.
