Temperatures are forecast to drop to near freezing over large portions of the listening area tonight.
The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Watch for far southeast Nebraska, including Richardson, Pawnee, Nemaha, Johnson, and Gage Counties.
Temperatures may fall to around 32 degrees tomorrow (Wednesday) morning with even cooler temperatures possible in river valleys and low lying areas.
A Freeze Warning has been issued for much of northern Missouri, where temperatures are expected to fall to or below freezing in the predawn hours Wednesday.
Sensitive plants or vegetation may be damaged or killed by the unseasonably cool temperatures. You should take precautions to protect any outdoor plants that may be affected.
